Tell us what happened, the app version, and your device or browser. If an error shows a reference code, include it. Please do not send outfit photos, passwords, payment details, or API keys.

If Fit Check reaches its free limit, try again later. No secondary model is currently enabled and there is no paid fallback, so Fit Check may pause when Dots is unavailable or returns an unusable answer. If a photo cannot be prepared, try a clear, well-lit image in a supported format. You can continue using the news and blog while Fit Check is unavailable.

Let us know which screen or control is difficult to use and whether you use a screen reader, keyboard, or large text. You can also report a broken link, attribution issue, or rights concern. Include the public page or article title rather than a private photo.

For inappropriate Fit Check feedback, describe the concern without attaching the image. Include the selected tone and the type of concern, such as a personal insult, an invented detail, or unsafe advice.

Use this same contact for privacy questions or a deletion request. The Privacy policy explains temporary photo cleanup, guest-session reset, service providers, and security-record retention. Do not include the photo itself in your message.
