Copyright & takedown requests

Send your request to [email protected] with the subject Copyright removal request. Include the publisher or creator name, the original content URL, where it appears in Fashion or Death, and what you want removed. A screenshot or the headline and date can help us locate it.

Tell us your name, your relationship to the rights holder, and an email address where we can reach you. Please do not send passwords, identity documents, or private outfit photos.

For a formal copyright notice, also identify the copyrighted work and the material or link you believe infringes it; provide your address and telephone number; include your physical or electronic signature; and state that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law. State that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner of the exclusive right involved.

You may still send an ordinary removal request without these formal statements. We may ask for clarification if we cannot identify the content or your authority.

We review requests and work to remove or disable disputed content promptly. Removal may include a headline, image, link, recap, or an entire source. We will contact you if we need more information. Email does not trigger automatic removal, and sending a request does not remove the original material from the publisher’s site.

We keep a restricted record of the request and action taken to handle the complaint and avoid reintroducing removed material. Do not include information unrelated to the request.
